Indonesia's Public Gambling Act 1867 does not explicitly address online platforms, creating legal ambiguity. zom4d services are intended for residents of Indonesia. Users accessing from other jurisdictions do so at their own risk and must comply with local laws. We reserve the right to restrict access from specific regions or countries at our discretion.
To create a zom4d account, you must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information including full legal name, date of birth, email address, mobile phone number, and residential address. You must use your real personal details exactly as they appear on your Indonesian KTP.
Each individual is permitted to register only one account. Creating multiple accounts (also known as "multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited. If we detect multiple accounts belonging to the same person, all accounts will be suspended, winnings voided, and deposits subject to confiscation after deducting transaction costs.
zom4d is required to verify the identity of all users to prevent fraud, money laundering, underage gambling, and other illegal activities. You must provide clear, legible copies of your Indonesian KTP (national identity card) and complete selfie verification when requested. First-time withdrawals typically trigger KYC verification.
Verification may take up to 24 hours during business days. Withdrawals are suspended until KYC is successfully completed. Failure to provide requested documents within 30 days may result in account suspension and fund forfeiture.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. Do not share your login credentials with any third party. Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) when available for enhanced security. You must immediately notify zom4d customer support if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
zom4d is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized account access due to your failure to maintain credential security. All activities conducted through your account are your responsibility, regardless of whether you personally authorized them.
Never share your zom4d username, password, or verification codes with anyone, including individuals claiming to be zom4d staff. Our customer support team will NEVER ask for your password. Beware of phishing websites and fake social media accounts impersonating zom4d. Always verify you are on the official https://zom4d.cam domain.
zom4d accepts deposits via Indonesian bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon) and e-wallet services (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed during the deposit process. All deposits are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits are prohibited. We reserve the right to reject deposits from payment sources we cannot verify as belonging to the account holder.
Most deposits via bank transfer and e-wallets are processed instantly or within 15 minutes. If your deposit does not appear in your account balance within 30 minutes, contact customer support with transaction details. Deposits made outside banking hours may experience slight delays.
Withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your legal name matching your verified zom4d account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited. Minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000; maximum daily withdrawal limits vary by VIP tier (Bronze: Rp 50.000.000, Silver: Rp 100.000.000, Gold: Rp 250.000.000).
First-time withdrawal requests require identity verification (KYC) completion. Subsequent withdrawals are processed much faster. Withdrawal requests submitted during business hours (09:00-21:00 WIB) are typically processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Requests outside business hours enter the queue and are processed starting at 09:00 WIB.
Before withdrawing, you must wager (turnover) your deposited funds at least 1x on eligible games. This anti-money laundering requirement prevents the platform from being used solely as a money transfer service. Deposits with active bonus balances may be subject to additional wagering requirements before withdrawal.
We reserve the right to request additional verification documents for large withdrawal requests exceeding Rp 25.000.000 to comply with anti-money laundering regulations.
zom4d offers various bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions including wagering requirements, minimum deposit amounts, maximum bet limits, eligible games, and validity periods.
Bonus terms are displayed during the promotion offer and must be reviewed carefully before claiming. Wagering requirements typically range from 5x to 30x the bonus amount. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the validity period results in bonus forfeiture.
Bonus abuse is strictly prohibited. Activities considered bonus abuse include but are not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion multiple times, colluding with other players, exploiting technical errors or game vulnerabilities, and irregular betting patterns designed solely to meet wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk.
Users found engaging in bonus abuse will have all bonuses and associated winnings voided, accounts suspended, and may be permanently banned from future promotions.
Winnings from bonus funds can be withdrawn only after meeting all specified wagering requirements. Attempting to withdraw before requirements are met typically results in bonus and associated winnings being forfeited, leaving only the original deposit balance.
All games on zom4d use certified random number generators (RNG) audited by independent third-party testing agencies. Game outcomes are completely random and cannot be predicted or manipulated by zom4d or players. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are certified by game providers and displayed in game information.
Minimum and maximum bet amounts vary by game type and are clearly displayed within each game interface. We reserve the right to impose or modify betting limits on individual accounts to manage risk or respond to irregular betting patterns.
If you experience internet disconnection during gameplay, in-progress bets will be resolved according to game provider rules. For casino games, the game round completes automatically with the outcome recorded. For sports betting, bets remain valid and settle according to match results. Your balance will reflect the correct outcome once you reconnect.
We reserve the right to void bets in cases of: obvious technical errors (incorrect odds, suspended markets accepting bets), fraudulent activity, collusion between players, exploiting software vulnerabilities, or bets placed after an event outcome is already known. Voided bets result in stake refund but no winnings.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, zom4d's total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the total amount you deposited in the six months preceding the claim.
You may request account closure at any time by contacting customer support. All pending bets will be settled, and remaining balance (minus any active bonus funds) will be returned to your verified payment method after deducting transaction fees. Closed accounts cannot be reopened except in exceptional circumstances at our sole discretion.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately without prior notice if you violate any provision of these Terms & Conditions, engage in prohibited activities, or if we reasonably suspect fraud or money laundering. In such cases, remaining funds may be forfeited after investigation.
Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months are considered dormant. Dormant accounts may incur a monthly maintenance fee of Rp 50.000 after written notification. Accounts dormant for 24 months may be permanently closed with remaining balances forfeited to cover administrative costs.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which zom4d's operating licenses are issued. Any disputes shall be resolved according to international arbitration procedures rather than Indonesian courts, as zom4d operates under offshore licensing.
In the event of a dispute, you must first contact zom4d customer support to seek resolution. Most issues are resolved through direct communication. If you remain unsatisfied, you may escalate to our management team. Formal disputes will be subject to binding arbitration under international commercial arbitration rules.
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
